Is There a Parallel Construction of Patterns in the Myers-Briggs Model?

The DISC model is looking at behaviors and there are four patterns. They do not line up with earthfire, air and water. The Myers-Briggs what I found when I was exposed to that is that if you look at the patterns in the Myers-B Briggs it isn't about adding up the different letters and then saying oh this is that temperament. So instead of core needs and values and talents it's core drivers and the way we interact with others.
