It really depends on their goals. We want to be higher than 0.8 to 1 gram per pound of ideal body weight. But I think a broad stroke that doesn't depend is that that sort of, you know, 60 grams of protein or less for a 150 pound person seems pretty scant in terms of ideal performance.
