I wish I'd been a bit kinder to myself at the time and just done part-time uni and maybe gotten the help I needed a bit earlier so that's okay you know reflection is is much easier when we learn exactly hopefully somebody else is listening to this and gets to learn from your story so that we don't repeat it exactly. yeah I think given my experiences growing up and witnessing my dad be very cruel to my mother and he used to say you're mad there wasn't really a lot of awareness of mental health from his part it was just you're crazy if you're strugglingSo instead I had that time after I finished my degree to consider what I wanted to do and
