When you get back into it, do you already sort of know what you're going to do when you come back? Or is it more i'll get to the end of that brake and then re evaluate. Y, it does change based on potentially what the weaknesses were in the past season. So if i was having a bit of a bad swim performances in in the past few races of the last season, then obviously the big focus coming back will be a swim bock. If i'm quite heavy, i won't bring back much running at all until i'm closer to a weight that i know won't call the causeme run injuries.
