How to Mentor an Intern

I want interns to know that if you make a mistake or like something happens, it's not the end of the world. I think overall, at least in my specific experience, internship was like very fun, learned a lot and pretty low stakes. It is nice to observe them as well, because you're like, oh, you're so happy, enjoy the whole like, give me some energy. We meet that energy though to like keep things alive.
