Is It So Important for Organizations to Be Transparent?

In your remarks at our recent canada conference, you stress the importance of companies being transparent with their employees and stomers. And do you have any advice for companies that might be hesitant about now being that open? Ye, you know, mention the shift to remote work, to m virtual work, and that has just opened up a pandora's box when it comes to data breaches. Especially as we all are remote, or, apology, some some of us may be remote right now.
