Dr. Maxwell Moltz wrote the book Psycho Cybernetics and he talked all about how it took 21 days to make a change. But really when we start looking at it, it takes about 66 days on average. So dependent upon the type of person that you are, whether you're someone who's taken on a lot of habits before made a lot of changes, it can take anywhere from 18 to 254 days.
