In college, the main challenge is like getting recruiters to notice you. Once you have a real job on your resume, then recruiters actually have such a paid attention to you. The company I worked for has a very flexible policy where you can work from home one day a week. And then I like do an on site. But it was also because I was a little more passive in my job search.
