Is the Manhattan District Attorney Planning on Indicting Trump?
The Manhattan District Attorney's office is trying to coordinate the logistics of what would happen if President Trump were, in fact, indicted. I don't see how a lack of notification to Trump's attorney means that Trump is walking this back. But it seems like all signs are pointing in that direction. This was always the plan. It was just a matter of which allegation they thought that they could get away with.
