I think Russia's studying the Iranian model and very likely what they will try to do over time is look at their current weapon system designs and the chips that they have access to. They'll then begin redesigning all these systems based on the chips and components that they can get their hands on. It's actually not that difficult. There's a lot of standardization in this industry that's occurred over the last two decades. And some chips are exactly the same. Some chips are you can easily substitute from one to the other. So it is absolutely an issue.
