We use data providers such as corlogi, house canary and any of the more renowned, trusted players in the ace. And with heir own eternal tools, we're kind of first letting machines do what they do best, which is get some high level analysis,. Useapi to bring in off the information into an underwriting model. But then really the magic comes once we have that underwritten model created, then we go through and we approach it very much like a consumer. Not all homes are made equal in terms of their performance a rental home so we really buis towards those that have a good balance ofa strong dividend, yields as well as appreciation.
