The Tension Around Mandating Neighborhoods

A lot of our built environments in cities are really for, you know, they have this huge piece of real estate that is dedicated only to car traffic. That's not good for the environment. It's a problem in the way that cities have evolved and developed over time. And I do think there are things that we have to change if we actually want to have a planet still in 20, 30, 50 years from now.
