The Golden Rule of Personal Accountability

People have an issue with having to take responsibility for the way they feel about themselves. I think there needs to be some ownership in your own and being able to manage your own emotions when it comes to what other people say or do you. The trigger warning is this if you're triggered by anything that somebody else says that you came to follow that issues not on those people that issues on you. Whenever I feel quote-unquote triggered I literally stop and say like why am I feeling that way  I'm not triggered I actually feel better because I worked through something most people would rather again blame something externally as opposed to saying hey this is maybe a me issue yeah that's my issue.
