I think there has to be a dedicated team once, and I'm pretty opinionated about this. Once you know you're going to be 100 engineers, that's when you need to build it. Same thing with platform, which is you've got an infrastructure team now, but that's not cutting it anymore. Their concerns look a little bit different than the application side of the house. You want an application people on this team to change, start changing process a little bit more. It's the classic diversity of problem on the team.
