The Gap Between Designers and Stakeholders

I think the topic of your book is really well needed. And it really struck a chord with me because just recently I read a blog post, one of the big user interface, or UX agencies in Sweden,. They were talking to their employees about how would you describe UX to someone else. So there is a need, and I think you've done a really good job of describing what the next step has to be when you go up that level and become a more senior designer.
