The tail immigrants, like that vision, which is an analog for white immigrants, are not never suffered under the same regime. Not unless they were anarchist radicals from the turn of the 20th century. The targets have been typically racial outsiders and at times religious outsiders as well. Scholars call this the dueling sides of white supremacy. And you can see those battles erupt most significantly in US immigration law.
