Is There a Risk With Diversification?
You can get locked out and unable to leave. So you have to be really nimble in that. You don't wan to get into that mentality of, oh, no, this place has been through a lot of things before. The risk with prepping is there might come a point in which you can't no longer stay there because it's completely untenable. And then a that point, you're weighed down by all the investments that you've made in something. I want to add one point to this. What we actually saw during the last two years that a lot of the airports in the world were closed,. but they were closed specifically to tourists.
