Is New York City Changing the Free Time?

i was wondering, you know, how that is impacting people's ability to go out and do things. Are we seeing people actually getting out there and doing the things that require them to spend some money? Obviously, i think there's segment of new york tat's never going to be really price sensitive. Th they've got money, and it's n matter. But, but for the luck, e said, the working class, a, boroughs and where everyone's got themselves a job.
