Are You Going to Have a Diverse Age Group to Work With?
If you haven't worked for a startup before, I think people underestimate the frustration of just being at a startup. And there's so many other things to worry about beyond just learning to code and putting out a product. If you had 10 or 15 years at medium to largest size companies, you might have less trouble finding a job later in your career. But if you were a 40 year old who is only done startups that limits you a little bit.
