Then I'll Have a Warm Up, or a Deadlift, or Something.

Usually we'll do a warm up. And that'll be anywhere from five minutes to maybee stretched out to 20 minutes if they're really having fun with it, sothit. It's never more than four exercises in a day, and i think it works out pretty well. I guess you'd have to ask them if they liked it or not, but that's kind of the way i've evolved in the way i programmed for a lot of my teams, my athletes. Yes, it reminds me lobit too, of i mean, speaking of dan john, when he goes on, you know,you're just talking about lickets.
