The Importance of Intention for Impact

Human development is based on biological factors psychological factors and social factors and the interrelationship between those things so if you look at the reasons why people do what they do well there's an unbelievably large number of factors going on that are complex that interrelate. bandwidth feedback is probably appropriate nearly all the time unless of course you choose not to offer any feedback whatsoever. The important bit that we probably haven't talked about necessarily is the age and stage of learner is it's where they are and also where they where they want to get to.
