Miami Model of Crowd Control

The name for that model of riot control, or crowd control, or whatever you ant to call it is the miami model of policing. It was invented and pioneered by a man from dublin whose name was john timony. And he moved to america and became the chief of police. He was chief of police commissioner in mMiami and m Miami p d. John timony pioneered and invented this incredibly aggressive, vicious form of confronting protesters and writers which we see on television today. The first message that goes out is that these are not the people of this city. These are outside instigators who are anarchists, and they have a political egenda,. They're comming into minneapolis
