The Obama-Xi Jinping Agreement on Cyber Security

In 2015 eight years ago the United States under Barack Obama and President Xi reached an agreement that was really kind of designed to end a persistent pattern of cyber attacks coming from China. And you know I think anyone who has probably paid attention over the last eight years can say that that did not happen right Chinese hackers didn't start to stop targeting American businesses but when you have a chance at RSA to talk to folks from Google and Mandian and really get sort of a full bore 360 look at the way Chinese led cyber attacks have evolved, they've become more aggressive.
