New independent experts concluded that there was no meaningful trace of perter dina on the alleged murder weapon. So much cross contamination, i'm talking like picking up evidence with a pair of gloves, putting it down and then picking up another piece of evidence with the same gloves. Even if they did find raphael's diana on meredith's bra clasp, that doesn't indicate his participation in the murder. He was also in that house, of course, so it could have been you know, the bra was in the laundry with clothes at t his dana. I still don't even think that should have been strong enough to convict him.
