The Housing Crisis in Edinburgh
The cost of renting a flattrat edinrage onde festival makes london prices look poultry. But the poverty that's beyond the festival sor what is the problem? Well, there are big swathes of them, like central edinburgh in particular, which have been hollowed out. And we have a massive housing shortage in thes city - and itpeaks like that all year round. So iwoud always encourage people to come and visit and think about edinburgh's destination. But we need to get the balance right about the accommodation ourfar and our housing needs for the people who live here.
