Team coaching is about working with the team as an entity. We're not here to serve individual learning needs of individuals we're here to serve the collective learning need for this one this one team yeah and that's a bit like your example you were talking about a few minutes ago about the Danish team without a collective purpose they showed up from an individual eye position.
