Ukraine's Secret Service Was Trying to Heat Things Up

It reminds me of Duconovic in Montenegro just on the eve of his election. He said that there were a few Russian mercenaries with Serbs sent to kill him. And I remember that and it was an absurdly small group. Like, how are you going to do this with a country that has an army? It didn't make a lot of sense.
