Is AGI 2030 Conscious?
I'm in the same camp as John McFadden, who is the father of electromagnetic field-induced consciousness. It is possible to visualize that consciousness may be present in non-biological entities. We can induce it even now, in ourselves. And we can record it and so on. I think will have emotions and will be conscious. So AGI 2030, this is, let's say, an optimus super-intelligent... But it will not be yet a global system with satellite connections.
