Changing the Economics of Health Care

i think if we changed the economics a little bit of health care, where people actually were being doctors were being reimbursed more for outcomes than just for doing aso, moving towards this value base. A and so sic i come you know, e your the pipes under your house are going to crack and freeze because your air condition your heater system is broken. But the plumber isn't going to fix your heating system. They're goin to wait till your pipe cracks. Like doctors don't know how to intervene behaviorly. So for them, it doesn'te it make sense to wait until you have a clinically significant diagnosis that they can then do something about.
