Is There a Voice in Your Head That Judges You?

Div candidly, i was assuming you'd have like, an alternative way of thinking about goals. It also seems like a lot of em it's like a weekly all hands, personal asks email subscribers. So that comes from managing a decent amount of people and having to check in with all them individually. I basically say, ok, i'm going to lay out my goals for two thousand 22, but i want to start with the things that are going to save my time. And so i wrote out, i don't know, eight to ten, and then actually had a paragraph about how specifically i was thinking about each one.
