Is There a Soul?

Clara is exposed to prejudice and assumptions from some human beings that she doesn't deserve the kind of consideration that would be extended to another human being because she's artificial. If they had to define what the difference is between them, the way they see the world and they experience the world  what would they say? And i suppose some people would say, a soul. But really, if you think about it, there's not that much difference really, other than some organic bits and pieces. This gets to the heart of what my novel is attempting to be about. You know.
