The Impact of the Jones Act on Energy Prices in Europe

Europe, like the Dominican Republic, is not subject to the Jones Act. So it shouldn't be super complicated for the US to just ship products at reasonable cost to Europe that they would want in particular energy. But I do think that Jones Act introduces some modest distortions in the international market.
