Sprinting is very much a mental game. You've got to stand on the line and you've got to believe that you have what it takes to win. If I do everything within myself, I can win. Like, that's it. But if say I wasn't like that, it could go up to 60% mental, 40% physical because at the end of the day with sprinting, you'veGot to be as relaxed as possible to win but obviously in a stadium for like 8,000 people, it's pretty hard. It's a beautiful oxymoron in a really weird way because in sprinting you have to be as Relaxed as possible to wins. In
