Is There a Contrast Between VR and Placebo?
The current goal standard for measurement in medicine is a double blind placebo control trial. This gives us group data, it says if I give you a VR experience, it worked compared to a placebo and therefore it works in general. But studies have shown from 2004 onward that in many, many instances coronary artery bypass grafts are equal to placebo. Studies have also shown that lowering cholesterol levels can increase the chances of stroke by lowering your cholesterol.
