In Nepal, it's usually Bofmitt. The buffalo, usually buffalo meat was popular. It has now is people expanding like chicken mama or other meat mama. But mostly buffalo mama is very popular in Nepal. You can find in every street in a junction, small, only cell momos. In Kathmandu, the original Trans Himalayan Silk Road connected Nepal to Turkmenistan, Afghanistan and Mongolia. And later it connected to the famous Silk Road which connected China to Central Asia and Europe.
