Is It Possible to Preserve the Whistle Language?

The decline of whistle speech is thought to be partly due to dfo station. But despite these pressures, these languages don't have to disappear. I was reading boutthat there are efforts in some places to set aside special attention and care to preserve them. And obviously that could be a could be instituted in other areas as well.
