Is the Fed Going to Roll Off Another $500 Billion?
The Fed is rolling off almost $100 billion of their portfolio every month. They are saying, based on their dot plot forecast, that they're going to raise the Fed funds rate 50 basis point in December. By late next year, if the Fed hears to the course, and I'm saying this conditionally, then we will be back toward the two percent range.
