Fermented Foods: A Farm Outside Act
In 2012, the EU put a ban on using the term probiotic on food and drink products. They said it implies a health claim, and there wasn't evidence to support such claims. So, how come the term has stuck around? Because fermented foods are hot right now. And I must say, I'm really knocked out by how much this has got to say for itself. But when I drink, I want to think about my mouth, not my rectum. That's fair.
