The single most important on my for us is what do we do to get people to come back and use this product over and over and over again. Ten years from now if we're not talking about customer attention, we're probably not having a conversation. Our NPS is too high and our retention is too low for this to make any sense. And I believe that there is something out there some feature some loyalty program, something that we're going to do that's going to take retention.
