And then he told me about this concept of basically building something in a growing niche woruspilling something in a declining or stagnating niche. So what i mean with this is that if you pick a niche that is growing, i e in that case notion,. It's sort o like if you're sailing and you have the wind that is in your favor pushing you towards your destination
