Whether I can look at that tree as though it was the first time, whether I can lookAt the world with all its confusion, misery, sorrow, deception, brutality, dishonesty, cruelty, war. Unless the mind discovers that field of innocence,. whatever it does, social reforms will always be contaminated by thought because it is the product of thought - which is always old.
