How to Motivate Yourself in OCD

The idea of kind of competence or the sense that there's a sense of mastery, like, I can actually do this. It also takes a little distress off as you as a loved one of I have to find the right thing. And we know that kind of social relationships, feeling connected to others or feeling understood by others is another way that we actually enhance internal motivation. The goal is sort of just to find that inherent value and purpose.
