The Effects of Caffeine on Athletic Performance

The effects of caffeine with regard to habitual use is that it doesn't matter how sensitized you become the caffeine will still have an antique effect. It does begin to lose its benefits on cognitive performance and as a stimulant and uh for endurance capacity but it's all relative to how much you regularly use. For weightlifting potentially depending on what type of lifting schedule you would do, my recommendation would probably be to save the caffeine the high dose caffeine for the days where you really need to exert a lot of power.
