What's the Learning Curve for You as a Coach?

I can't imaginethe learning curve for you as a coach, going from working with folks from finland to the us. Or australia. What hatwas that transition like for you er yewas it? I guess there was never a point of culture shock, or, oh, well, this is so difficult, like, i'm not sure i'm up to it,. But  it's just been a constant evolution of a thinks that ie thinks that i know now that i had no clue about then.
