Letting Go of the Day Before
i love to hear your thoughts on adult preparation and o preparing yourself for it for a day. Ye, and this is really transformed over the years for me, and looks so different now from what it did when i first started teaching. You only have a very short period of time to really understand your child, and then they've moved on to new development. I kind of joke that i'm like in ground hog day, where i'm like perpetually with toddlers. But yet really letting go of a the day before feel so important. And again, understanding that the children are not doing this to upset me, that this is who they are, and it is my role to guide them.
