The Parable of the Talents
One man gave five talents to another, two to another, one to each according to his ability. But he who had received the one talent went and dug in the ground and hid his master's money. To every one who has more will be given, and he will have abundance. The worthless servant will be cast into the outer darkness where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. When the son of man comes in his glory and all the angels with him, then he will sit on his glorious throne. He will separate them as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.
