The Art and Science of Alchemy

When i first started learning about alchemy, i not have a lot of patience or respect for the spiritual side of things. I wanted to hear stories of minerals being transformed and ascended masters handing over the keys to matter. And there is all that, but it's the spirituality and philosophy that should be the scaffolding that gets a person to that other stuff. What would you is at the heart of that spirituality or philosophy that is mostly missing from the modern world? Well, that goes right to the heart of what my research, an work, is about.
