Interviewing a Family Member or a Close Friend

I think when you're interviewing somebody I think people just overthink it all the time. People get really freaked out about the word interview because in our daily life we're communicating with each other all the time but when you slap that word interview on it with a capital I people get reallyfreaked out so it's simple advice but it's also really difficult advice to actually take is just stop thinking about it as an interview and just have a conversation with your aunt, uncle or family member.
