Is Going All Out Better Than Going Super Close to Failure?
The research can't really tell a part, three r two r r, from going to failure. As far as i can tell, there has not been one good, convincing, well designed study that has shown that going to true failure is better than any number of ariars. So when people say you got to go all out, i'm over here left questioning what we have. I woing to take volume, which is shown to matter a lot, is probably better off being a little bit higher. But if you want the best results, always train at least four sets per session.
