There's this tension with leadership teams around if we actually say we're going to focus on this one thing. What happens about all this other stuff that we've said we need to also do? And you and I know a client of table groups that like they did this really well. In fact, they used their priorities every six to nine months. They put those on a board and they used to use them in a scorecard.
